PBFantasy.com's UAAP Pick'n Win Challenge is a FREE Web-based UAAP Pick'em Basketball Fantasy game. The game is simple:

• You are the general manager of your basketball team.
• Pick one basketball player for every game in the UAAP Senior Men's Basketball.
• The players you picked will be earning fantasy points for your team based on actual UAAP games.
• Player statistics include points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks.
• Players also earn bonus fantasy points (BFP) if the player's team won the game.
• You can only pick a player once in each round.
• At the end of the round, the top teams based on total fantasy points get to win prizes!

Eligibility to Play

The game is open to anybody who wants to play but is subject to the Terms of Service set by the website.

Creating A New Team

If you are not yet a registered member, creating a new account is easy and absolutely FREE! Simply go to the registration page by clicking the Sign Up for Free link. Complete the form with the required information. Upon submitting the completed form, an activation link will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided. Be sure to activate your account first in order for you to log in.

If you are already a member, just sign in and click Create Team.

Once you have logged in to your account, click Create Team. Enter a team name when prompted. Upon submitting the team name, you will be asked to choose which league to join into.

You can create more than one team for yourself. You may do this to compete against different leagues or simply to try different strategies. A maximum of 3 teams can be created per account.

Leagues

Each team is required to join a league. You can join a random league, join an existing league, or create your own new league.

1. Join Random League - This option allows you to join a random league. You will be randomly placed in a league along with other managers like you.



2. Join Existing League - This option allows you to join an open league or your friend's league. Search the league name and, if required, enter the league's password.



3. Create New League - This option allows you to create and name your own league. You can also supply a password to it for exclusivity. If you do not supply a password, it will be open to all the other members.

Once you have created or joined a league, you can no longer switch to another league.

Each league can have a maximum of twenty (20) teams.

Duration of the Game

There will be two (2) Pick 'n Win rounds for this UAAP season. At the start of every round, all members need to create new teams and create or join a new league. All teams and leagues from the previous rounds will not be carried over to the succeeding rounds.

PICK Your PLAYER

To pick your players, go to My Picks, and click on the Select Pick link. Afterwards, pick the player you want from the list of players by clicking on the Pick link. Take note that you cannot pick the same player twice in a round.

changing your pick

You can change your pick as many times as you want before the pick deadline. To change your pick, go to My Picks, and click on the Change Pick link. Afterwards, pick the new player you want from the list of players by clicking on the Pick link.

PICK History

If you want to see information about your team's previous picks, you can proceed to the My Picks page, and click on the View Pick History link. Here you can see the date when you picked a player and the player's fantasy points.

Picking Your Player In Advance

On the My Picks page, you can set your picks for the next 3 game days. Just click the dates on the calendar to select which date you want to set your picks.

PICK LIMIT

You can only pick the same player once in each round. Once you have picked a player, you cannot pick him again in any of the succeeding games for that round.

PICK Deadline

The pick deadline is set before the start of each UAAP game, usually at 2PM and 4PM PHT (Philippine Time). The pick should be done before the deadline. Your pick should already be set before the pick deadline in order for it to be eligible for the upcoming games.

For example, if the game is scheduled at July 8 @ 2pm, you should have made your pick before 2pm of July 8.

Fantasy Points

The fantasy points of your players are computed at 12AM PHT using the following formula:

For Every	Equivalent
Point	+1.0
Rebound	+1.5
Assist	+2.0
Steal	+2.5
Block	+2.5

The bonus fantasy points can only earned by the player if his team won the game. Also, the player is required to enter the game to earn the bonus points.

Bonus Fantasy Points (BFP) = Winner's Score - Loser's Score

To see the latest fantasy points that your team has earned, go to My Picks.

To see all the previous fantasy points that your team has earned, go to My Picks and select the date you wish to see.

To see the top performing players, go to Hot Players.

Ranking

There are two Fantasy Points ranking in PBFantasy.com's UAAP Pick'n Win Challenge:

• Overall Rank - refers to your current rank among all other teams in PBFantasy


• League Rank - refers to your current rank among all other teams in your league

All rankings are updated everyday at 12AM PHT.

To see the all teams and their overall rankings, go to Top Teams. Proceed to My League to view rankings in your league.

Prizes

There will be no prizes for Round 1. Prizes for Round 2 will be announced later on.

Winners

Winners will be notified via e-mail by support@pbfantasy.com. Instructions on how to claim your prize will also be sent through e-mail. Winner e-mail notification other than from support@pbfantasy.com are not considered valid and will not be entertained by Creating Next Concepts, Inc.

In the event of a tie at any prize level, the following tie breaking rules will be applied in this order:

Tiebreaker 1: Team with the most total fantasy points and bonus fantasy points.

Tiebreaker 2: Team with the most total fantasy points and bonus fantasy points in the last two (2) weeks, last four (4) weeks, last six (6) weeks, and so on until the tie has been broken.

In the event that a tie has not been broken after applying Tiebreaker 2, it will be at the sole discretion of Creating Next Concepts, Inc. to determine whether the prize would be equally shared or another new tiebreaker rule would be applied.

Only members who are Filipino citizens or are legal residents of the Philippines for a minimum of 5 years at the start of the game, are eligible to win prizes. If you are a Filipino living abroad, you can ask your family or friends to claim your prize on your behalf with the necessary authorization.

A member is only eligible to win one prize per PBFantasy.com's UAAP Pick'n Win Challenge round. If a member wins more than one prize, he is entitled to win only the prize that has the greatest monetary value.
