Update: According to ESPN the Los Angeles Lakers will be missing their all-star tonight against the Spurs. Kobe did not participate in the team's shoot-around and spent the time undergoing "diagnostic test" on his sprained left ankle.
Fantasy Impact: Bryant told Jackson about an hour before tip-off on Saturday, ending his consecutive played streak at 235. It takes a lot to get Kobe to sit out, the Lakers need him healthy to hold their Pacific Standings lead (obviously). Look for Kobe to be back next week and wreak all sorts of havoc on people doubting his ability to bounce back quickly from this injury.
